10X10-$80 per month

A one month security deposit is due in advance. Rental is month to month for as long as you need the unit. To be elegible for your security deposit refund, you must give us 10 days notice that you plan to vacate AND leave the unit empty and broom clean. We will pro-rate the rent going in(if you start renting in the middle of the moth), but we will not pro-rate going out(if you leave before the month is over, there is no refund).
We do not send bills. Payment in full is due by the 5th of the month, but no later than the 10th. If you pay after the 10th, please include a $16 late fee.
